- Obtained a complete defense verdict and substantial attorneys' fee award for a real estate developer in litigation involving breach of contract, fraud, and Tennessee Consumer Protection Act claims.

- Represented a pharmaceutical manufacturer in a bench trial involving breach of contract and unjust enrichment claims, securing judgment in the client's favor on all claims.

- Secured summary judgment dismissing all claims against a telemarketing company in a $250 million putative class action alleging violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
